Return Policy

Sustainability and being environmentally conscious as a company is something we will always strive for. Online returns are unfortunately a growing environmental problem. Our goal is to be as clear as possible in our product information to help reduce the number of returns we receive. Please reach out if you have any questions, comments, or feedback on how we can improve.

If your purchase doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you have the option to return your purchase within 30 days after the order is received. Please read below for more information on how to return your item(s) to us:

1. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase to make a return

2. Please send an email to hello@nunuyapparel.com – include your order number in the subject line

3. Return the item(s) together with the provided return form filled out

4. The returned item(s) must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged – with all labels and original packaging included

5. The return postage is paid by the customer

6. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is not damaged or lost when returning item(s) to us

7. If possible, please use original box the item(s) was sent in

If your return is due to a sizing issue and you would like to purchase a different size – we will provide free shipping for your new order

We will refund the purchase price of your unused and undamaged products, less any shipping charges. Your money will be returned to the original form of payment.

Gift Cards: Please note that any gift card purchases are non-refundable
